This program is designed to take the guesswork out of your training whilst leading you to find a passion for training you never thought existed.

Our back2basics online group training program will offer a challenging yet enjoyable workout routine, designed to optimise your training time and build a strong, fit and healthy body.

Program design

Our program will consist of 5 carefully constructed training sessions weekly for a period of 12 weeks. These will be constantly progressed each week with a range of strength and conditioning elements to ensure you will be working towards building your best body each week.

B2B Online Coaching is our personalised coaching program for those looking to optimise their training, nutrition and ultimately results from a distance.

Whether you are a complete beginner or an advanced athlete competing for higher honours, we will create a plan that is dedicated to you. Looking good & feeling good will be a by-product of our programming with the focus being on mindset, movement and nutrition.
